Jae L. Stilwell and Crossover will debut 7:30 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 15, 2009 at the McSwain Theatre.

Stilwell, a mainstay of the McSwain since 1992, will be joined by talented band members Jody Teeter, Debbie Allen, Ronnie Magar, Wayne Morton, Mike Estep, Jeff Donaldson, Greg Griffin and Gary Bryan.

Crossover will cover a collection of songs from various eras.

Combined, the members of Crossover have decades of experience performing at various venues and with several artists.

Stilwell and her cousin Debbie Allen, who share lead and back-up vocals for Crossover, have made numerous appearances on television, radio, and the live stage.

In the early years of Debbie's travels to these venues, she and Jae L. racked up a number of awards, including Duet of the Year and Group of the Year. They have performed with country music legends Faron Young, T.G. Sheppard and Lee Greenwood.
Stilwell is also the manager of the McSwain Theatre.

Jody Teeter, band leader and bass guitar, was a part of the original McSwain Musical Theatre band. He has served as rhythm guitarist, background vocalist and band leader for a variety of performers including the 2005 Nashville Star winner Ericka Joe, Katrina Elam and local favorite Clancy Davis.

On lead guitar is Ronnie Magar, who, in his words has “played with more bands than I can remember.” Names on that list include Razzy Bailey, Hoyt Axton, Michael Martin Murphy, The Great Divide and Little Texas, Pake McEntire and Blake Shelton. Ronnie is also a member of the Sundowners Band.

Wayne Morton, steel guitar, has entertained audiences for more than 30 years. An original member of the McSwain Musical Theatre, Morton has graced stages across the country. He recently performed in Oklahoma’s Sooner Theatre’s production of “Always Patsy Cline.”

Keyboard player Mike Estep, a former member of Arbuckle Xpress, is an expert in a broad range of musical styles. He has also been the sound engineer for several national and regional acts including Randy Rogers, Jason Boland, Stoney Larue, Mike McClure, Reckless Kelly and Trent Willmon.

A seasoned fiddle player, Jeff Donaldson was a regular in the house band at the Oklahoma Opry. With an extensive list of recording credits, Donaldson has played with country music stars Vince Gill, Blake Shelton, Tye England and Lefty Frizzel.

Greg Griffin has been playing guitar since childhood. He has performed a wide range of music including rhythm & blues, jazz, rock, gospel and country. Griffin has performed with the Jeff Sibble Band and the McSwain Theatre Band.

Drummer Gary Bryan began performing in junior high and later became a member of the Sundowners Band, where he played shows across Oklahoma and Texas for nearly twenty years. Bryan has been a member of the McSwingers and was part of the house band for the Rodeo Opry in Oklahoma City.
