  1. Are food and beverages available and allowed in the theatre?

    Concessions, including popcorn, candy and beverages, are available and allowed in the theatre. 
  2. Can I have access to the theatre for a special occasion photo?

    We do allow access to the theatre for photography. Please call the box office at (580) 332-8108 for more information on our policies and availability. 
  3. Do you provide tours of your facility?

    Yes, we would be delighted to show you the theatre. Please call (580) 332-8108 for more information. 
  4. How can I replace a lost or stolen ticket?

    If tickets are lost or stolen, please call the box office at (580) 332-8108. 
  5. How do you audition to be on the show?

    If you would like to audition to be a guest on the Jae L. and the Crossover Band Show, please schedule an audition appointment by contacting Jae L. Stilwell, general manager, at (580) 332-8108 or by mailing your press kit and/or demo CD and contact information to:

  6. Is the theatre accessible to those with disabilities?

    It is our intent to meet and surpass our patrons' needs for ADA accommodations. From ADA specific ticket purchases to early access to the venue and an accessible seating area for each event, we strive to offer an accessible and barrier-free event experience for all patrons. You are welcome to call our box office at (580) 332-8108 for specific requests.
  7. Is there elevator access to the balcony?

    The second floor balcony is accessible by stairway only. We do have wheelchair accessible seating in the main auditorium on the first floor.
  8. My ticket shows a specific row and seat. What does this mean?

    You have an assigned seat for the event. Please see our seating chart for the location of your seat. 
  9. What are General Admission tickets?

    If an event is listed as GA (General Admission) there is not assigned seating. You are welcome to sit anywhere in the theatre.  
  10. What do I do if the show is cancelled?

    On rare occasions, performances may need to be cancelled. We will make every effort to reschedule the performance. In the event of a cancellation, we will provide information on our website, or you can call the box office at (580) 332-8108.
  11. When do doors open?

    The doors typically open one hour before the scheduled show time. 
  12. When is the Box Office open?

    Daily box office hours are Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. On event days, the box office will be open a minimum of two hours before doors and stay open at least one hour after doors. The box office can be reached at (580) 332-8108 or online at www.McSwainTheatre.com.
  13. Where should I park?

    Free public parking is available along Main Street and Townsend Avenue. There is also free parking available in the parking lot behind the theatre or the parking lot at the southwest corner of 10th Street and Townsend Avenue.
